Lesson learned and Meaningful meeting...(-.-,)
I must say i do feel a little exiting today because Alhamdulillah, we managed to get a speaker. i cant say this that yet but we managed to get in contact with them(^^,) Syukur Alhamdulillah, all thanks is to Allah S.W.T for He is the one that made this possible to all of us.
Whatever the matters or anything is, if Allah wills it we can achieve the goal. But, if He disapproves of it, whatever you use to achieve the target, without his will... you will never ever succeed. Those are one of the things that I've come learned during the past events and occurrence since last week...We as a human being must also be patience as well. Not all things will turn out okay but don't be surprise my friends, who knows there might just be something out there that is waiting just for you...good or bad, your actions and attitude will prove it. The decisions you make will give you the look on what's coming. Wallahualam...Allah S.W.T works in very mysterious and unique ways. He has his way to make his servant aware and realize about the things around them. All we have to do is put our full trust in him and have patience...=)
Alhamdulillah, the waiting and worries did paid off a little. today is one of the experience that I must say changed me a bit about the way things are. Today, me and my lecturer along with my two kouhai went to an organization to find ourselves a speaker for our event. Hahaha..., well, at first, we were a little behind schedule and yeah it was mainly our fault. Anyways, as we interviewed the head of the HR department, Alhamdulillah, we got a lot of information and i am relived, to say that, we came to the right place. The Manager from the HR department really give us good advices and information that we need to know regarding the matters of Employment among Graduates and the working world...
Pokok pangkalnya.. "What makes one graduate different from another graduate?" she asked me. True, they all graduated and some will be graduating but the thing here is, in the end, it all goes down to you!...yes, YOU!!!. The things you have towards your study, work and life is something that must not be taken lightly. Even small matters can be an important thing. Students today, she told me have a lot of opportunities but how far and are they willing to undertake the tasks?
That my dear readers is where Communications, Attitudes, Talents and Mindset takes place. Many organizations, want a steadfast and efficient worker. For fresh graduates or any practical students this is a good opportunity to make use of what you have learned from the past years of study. Not that i say that from there we only work. No, from there we can also observe and gain knowledge. From there, questions and answers can be developed within one's self.
What makes you different from other graduates?
What's the difference you can make?
Are you willing to take the risks...?
Why should we hire someone like you?
These questions left me hanging for quite a few seconds. The words are simple yet powerful...Most organization hire a graduate who is versatile. From here i state, knowledgeable, adaptable to any kind of life (whether you're married or single) , daring (dare to take the risks), pay attention to details, humble, honest, steadfast, sharp mind and from what she also told me, the top is...good attitude.
Attitude plays a very important role. Here i totally emphasize because your attitude is the key to success. I myself face a lot of downfalls. but that will not make me stop doing what i like best. the thing is the way you behave make difference in your life. For example, one person talk and one person listen but if two person talks, who will listen?. Get my meaning?(O.O,)
A good worker is a person with attitude. No need to tell what kind of attitude they possessed. You of all people should know. I've summarized it up in the very few paragraphs and that is what most managers want in a worker. A workers way of thinking can affect the organization as well. that is why The HR Manager also advises us, which i share her thoughts with you, to read, read and read!
As it has already stated inside the Holy Quran, Surah 96:1, "Read! in the name of your Lord and Cherisher, who Created--...". Allah suka kepada mereka yang suka mencari Ilmu...(-.-,) as my mom often says, lebih baik jadi orang yang kaya ilmu dari jadi orang yang kaya duit..." Rich in Ringgit but poor in sense is going to make you die fast!
Besides that, try and get involve with a lot of activities and for students, curricular activities either outside or inside campus itself. You'll be amazed on how many things you totally acquire and see from that perspective and it also helps to develop your way of thinking. Don't bother what other people think! Just be yourself and have fun in what you are doing. Involve in social work.
How you manage yourself is also one thing you have to ponder. If you are appointed into a high position for example, being class representative. Just because you tried to keep your CGPA in good shape doesn't mean that your grades will drop immediately, if you take the job. Here i say again, Attitude! Learn to manage yourself. I take this word from an experienced person. Between single and a married life, which one do you think is more hectic? of course a married life. With all the things going about no wonder daddy and mommy comes home with headaches...but i don't all believe that. (Stabilization) can be achieved from both lives. learn to stabilize your life. Again, how you manage your life will effect everything and it will give you the answer whether are you a good worker or not....Change for the better. Ambil yang jernih, buang yang keruh dan upgrade kan lah apa2 yang kurang...(O.O,)...
Mak ai, panjang celoteh!!! Anyway, these are just some of the things that i learned today and i like to share with all of you. forgive me if i'm wrong though. Sesungguhnya, yang baik semuanya datang daripada Allah S.W.T dan yang buruk datangnya dari kesilapan diri..i'll stop right here. I'll post more things soon, Insya'Allah(^^,) May Allah bless all of you and wasalam...

This was taken by my mom during a concert that my sister's school held
Nathan Chan
Seventeen-year-old cellist Nathan Chan demonstrated his talent for music at an early age. Before he was two, he could mimic the styles of conductors he saw on music videos. As a toddler, his imitations were so intuitively musical that he caught the attention of San Francisco Opera Assistant Conductor Sara Jobin. Under her eye, he made his debut as a conductor at age three, leading the San Jose Chamber Orchestra in a set of Mozart variations. This was followed by a guest appearance with the Palo Alto Philharmonic a year later, conducting Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony. At five, he began formal music lessons with cellist Irene Sharp.
Nathan Chan has performed as a soloist with the San Francisco Chamber Orchestra, the UK Northern Sinfonia, and the Peninsula Symphony Orchestra; this year he made his London debut with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at the Barbican. He has performed for the Vancouver Recital Society, the Great Eastern International Kids Festival “Prodigies of the World” concert in Singapore, and the Emmy-award winning national radio program From The Top. Mr. Chan has performed benefit concerts for causes such as global warming, the American Alzheimer Association, Friends of Children with Special Needs (autism), and the Foundation for the Fine & Performing Arts. With members of the San Francisco Symphony, he has collaborated in string quartets to help raise money for a local high school. For his contributions to the community, he won the Peninsula Arts Council’s Ray Lorenzato Diamond Arts Award in 2007.
In 2006, Nathan Chan appeared in The Music in Me, a documentary that aired on the HBO network and won the Peabody Award. This program led to a performance in Carnegie Hall and caught the attention of singer Roberta Flack, who invited Mr. Chan to collaborate on her project of Beatles songs for Sony Records. In 2008, he performed at the Museum of Music Making in San Diego at a gala honoring sitar legend Ravi Shankar. Mr. Chan was recently featured in The World’s Greatest Musical Prodigies, a three-part British series documenting a global search for talented musicians under the age of fifteen. In April 2009, Mr. Chan and three other performers gave the world premiere of the Velesslavista Quadruple Concerto, composed for the series by Alexander Prior. Also in 2009, he played a Fourth of July fireworks concert with the San Francisco Symphony at the Shoreline Amphitheatre and was a soloist with the Orchestra, performing excerpts from Dvorák’s Cello Concerto in B minor.
Besides the cello, Nathan Chan plays saxophone, piano, and electric cello. He enjoys ping-pong, badminton, and filmmaking. He is a student at Lick-Wilmerding High School, and is Co-Principal Cellist of the San Francisco Symphony Youth Orchestra. He is a student of Sieun Lin at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.

New Policies....
Kalau nak wat polisi baru pun janagnlah menyusahkan semua orang. Polisi tersebut mestilah bertempat. Jangan buat semua in one go. Take time and ste by step....kalau tak, x pasal2 kena cemuh nanti. ana x kesah sangat tentang new policy nie sebab bagi ana ada hikmah kenapa mereka berbuat demikian...ana just harap tak der riot je. Lecturer akak ana pun ader bagi tau kat student dier yang pensyarah2 pun kena pantau. Kalau pelajar atau pensyarah datang lewat kena denda..lewat tu memang satu hal tapi kalau hostel dan rumah jauh mana tak nyer?
Ada lagi...Ha, tentang kehadiran dan sasiah rupa diri. nie memang ana sokong tapi kan...janganlah drastik sangat sampai saman pun naik ke RM500. Wow..memang kaya lah mereka...no wonder ana tengok pak guard makin strict di saban hari. Lecturer dah dibagi waran untuk tangkap mereka biarpun bukan student kelas mereka kalau tak ikot sasiah rupa diri yang betul. akak ana cakap kalau kena saman kena bayar dalam masa dua minggu jugak. kalau x pat bayar, kena gantung dari menghadiri kelas & kalau masih gak x mampu bayar kena tendang keluar...Ape nih? terit jak madah nak naikkan bilangan pelajar...nak kurang ke naik nih? haish...pelik bin ajab...(~_~')
ana x lah nak merungut tapi kalau ye pun jangan terlalu sangat takut nanti bebudak tak nak enroll kelak kat campus tercinta nih.... Anyways, ana harap polisi yang digubal nie para pelajar dapat terima sikit demi sedikit ye, dont jump to conclusion kata yang student violation lah, hak asasi manusia tergangu lah, entah ape-ape lagi lah...hehe... terima dulu and kalau tak sesuai, baru boleh rujuk balik. Nanti, x pasal2 MPP kita pening kepala dengan karenah student...

Doa Untuk Yang Bercinta...
Doa Untuk Yang Bercinta...
Bismillahirahmanirahim...
Amin.. Ya Rabbal A’lamin.
Mudah mudahan ia berguna untuk anda semua.
